You register and control your domain and hosting account, while we deliver the website files, content and access covered by our written agreement. Any third-party software or assets remain subject to their own licenses. Clear packages, written scope and no required ongoing service contract.

Packages

Revision policy: One revision round means one consolidated list of changes to work already included in the agreed scope. Starter includes one round; Business and Business Plus include two rounds. New pages, new features, substantial redesigns and changes requested after final approval are quoted separately.

Payment terms: The project fee is split into two agreed payments: 50% before work begins and 50% before final website handover. We confirm the available payment method, currency, any transfer fees, and payment instructions in the written quote. Work starts only after the first payment has cleared.

These packages cover standard small-business informational websites. Online stores, booking systems, memberships, custom applications and other advanced functionality require a separate quote.

How working with us works

• Your accounts stay yours. Your domain, hosting, billing and account-recovery details remain under your control. We use only the access needed to complete the agreed work and remove or return that access at handover. Ownership and usage rights for website deliverables are defined in the written agreement; third-party licenses remain subject to their providers' terms.
• Written agreement first. Before work begins, we agree the exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline with you in writing. No surprises later.
• 50/50 payment and delivery: We collect 50% before starting. When the agreed website is ready, we provide a review link or preview so you can check it against the written scope. After agreed corrections are completed and the remaining 50% has cleared, we deliver the final files, agreed documentation and any remaining access handover. Your domain and hosting accounts remain under your ownership throughout.
• You can change hosts. Choosing a different compatible hosting provider does not affect your design service with us.
• No ongoing lock-in. No required ongoing service contract with us. Your hosting provider, domain registrar or other third-party services may charge their own renewal fees.
• Clear deliverables, no performance promises. We do not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, leads or sales. We agree on the website's pages, features and acceptance criteria before work begins, then provide an opportunity to review the completed work against that scope. Any post-delivery corrections or support are governed by the written agreement.
• Project timeline: Your written quote will state the expected delivery schedule and the materials we need from you. The schedule begins when the initial payment has cleared and the required materials and access have been received. If information, approvals or third-party services are delayed, we will confirm any necessary timeline changes in writing.
• No hidden purchases. We never buy paid plugins, themes or subscriptions on your behalf without your approval.

Cancellations and project changes

Before payment, we provide written cancellation, refund and project-change terms for your specific project. These explain what happens if work is cancelled, required materials are delayed, or the agreed scope changes. Any refund is assessed according to the agreed terms, work completed and applicable law. We do not begin work until these terms have been accepted in writing.

Your information and project materials

We use the information and files you provide to prepare your quote and complete the agreed website project. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information in an ordinary email. We will agree on an appropriate method for granting temporary access where needed. We do not publish your project materials as portfolio examples without your permission. You are responsible for confirming that materials you supply may lawfully be used on your website.
